Our Experience and Expertise

Our Director, Paul Kiff has a very large amount of experience in directing, managing and conducting research in a wide range of fields of study. He also has extensive experience in the teaching of research methods and conducting evaluations of proposed and completed research. He has worked at a senior level in these capacities for a number of important national organisations and UK universities.

Our Deputy Director, Patricia Smith is a highly qualified and experienced researcher, having worked for local and national government and universities as a researcher, research evaluator and research methods trainer.

Our staff include a previous research training company director, a head of local government research services and a former NHS researcher and data analyst, all with high levels of qualification and expertise.
